The Foundation brings together young and active people who want to have an impact on the future of Europe and their region. The organization's members are interested in social participation, non-formal education, and animating the free time of children and young people. We believe in values such as openness, democracy, tolerance.
The foundation cooperates with local high schools in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Będzin and the University of Economics in Katowice, where it supports and shares expertise with student organizations.
We organize international youth projects, especially youth exchanges. To date, projects have included: painting murals, staging performances, conducting workshops, and creating video resumes. We combine education with creativity, cooperation and fun.
A few years ago, we gathered a group of blind people and volunteers - assistants - and rode more than 1,000 kilometers around Europe on bicycles. The conclusion? There is no room for boredom in the Mine of Initiatives!
